The film is an official remake of Umesh Shukla's 2012 Hindi film OMG – Oh My God! about an atheist who sues god. Music is composed by Anoop Rubens of "Manam" fame. The film's cinematography is handled by Jayanan Vincent, while editing is done by Gautham Raju. The satirical film is produced by D.Suresh Babu and Sharat Marar.
