After delivering two back to back blockbusters with Happy Days and Kotha Bangaru Lokam, young actor Varun Sandesh never tasted prominent success in his 8 year long career. After a brief lull, Varun has once again come up with a romantic entertainer Paddanandi Premalo Mari.
The film's title is taken from NTR's earlier hit Student No.1. Varun Sandesh admires NTR a lot and he openly expressed it on many occasions. Incidentally, Varun's latest film is competing with Temper, NTR's latest action entertainer. The film was released yesterday and is heading towards a blockbuster. Trade circles are wonder at Varun's confidence in positioning his film against Temper, which occupied more number of screens.
On the other hand, Paddanandi Premalo Mari opened to decent talk and not so scathing reviews from the critics. Many are opining that the film is much better compared to all of Varun's films in the past. Let us wait and see if NTR's song can save Varun's tumbling career.
