Does Award Events Need To Be censored?

Have you seen songs from movies like Businessman and Yevadu on any Telugu TV channel? If you saw, then you will notice a thing about watching any glamour of the beautiful women you see in those songs.

From their thigh show to navel display, cleavage to hip-gyration, everything is blurred. Not just heroines, even the background dancers are not supposed to showcase tad bit of their skin.Because Censor Board feels that family audiences will get disturbed with that glamour show and hence images are blurred. This rule applies for all films and content being aired on Telugu channels. Seems like Hindi channels doesn't need to care a speck about this. 

The other day a top TV channel in Hindi aired a famous Awards function. This function was concluded recently and its first time airing of it. Though it belongs to Bollywood, few Telugu audience who have watched the show are shocked. Because, all the time, background dancer girls are grooving only in black bra and skin-tight knee length skirts and shorts. And heroines who gave performances made sure that they treat with thigh and cleavage shows. One question eludes our mind now.

Is that awards show not a skin show or it is not spoiling 'family' audiences? Probably rules are different from channel to channel, region to region and language to language. Else, what is this?
