Once a mega hero in the competition but now mostly a character artiste, Suman is now about to meet a phenomenal mile stone. As the actor has already done around 400 films in many south Indian languages in his 38 years of film career, he has reportedly done 99 films as a hero.
Suman debuted into films with the Tamil film called “Neechal Kulam” and went on bagging prominent roles in Tamil, Kannada and Telugu. In the 80’s and 90’s Suman rose to an immense popularity in Telugu films being the dynamic social hero who even gave the tough competition to then soaring stars like Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna. However, he lost his shine and popularity due to lack of offers and some controversies, eventually ending up with the character roles.
Now the good news is, Suman has announced his comeback as a hero and that too with his 100th film as hero. He says he will be doing his 100th film as a lead hero. Suman has been doing the roles of villain for some time and he has also shared the screen space with Akshay Kumar in his upcoming film “Main Gabbar”. So, let’s hope this would bring this dynamite again onto silver screen with grand notes.
