A case has been filed against Telugu actor Nandamuri Kalyan Ram at the Banjara Hills police station for misusing the sacred Three Lions Emblem in a wrong way in the title logo of his recent flick 'Patas.'
A lawyer, Y. Sridhar from Dilsukhnagar, flied the complaint stating that the makers of the movie used the Three Lion emblem in the title logo of the movie inappropriately.
The petitioner also said that Kalyan Ram failed to respond on the legal notices served on him before the film's release.
Responding to the complaint, Banjara Hills inspector Murali Krishna said that they will proceed on the basis of advice from experts.
Recently, a similar case has been filed against the film at the Chitanyapuri police station. In the complaint, the petitioner said that an actress of the movie was seen in some offensive outfits placing her hand on the Three Lion Emblem in few posters of the movie.
