Rudrama Devi trailer is getting mixed response from the viewers. Being one of the most anticipated films of the year, people expected it to be a visual feast. But the carefully cut trailer didn't have any awe-inspiring shots in it. Allu Arjun as Gonaganna Reddy seems to be the highlight of the film.
Gunasekhar got it right by casting someone like Allu Arjun for Gonaganna Reddy character. His first choice was Mahesh Babu for this role. However Mahesh Babu didn't succumb to the pressure of Gunasekhar and rejected the offer. Looking at the looks and dialect of this character Mahesh might not have done justice to Gonaganna Reddy.
Most of the viewers who watched the trailer of Rudhrama Devi are expressing same views. Mahesh fans must be happy for their hero to miss out on this character. We have to wait for the movie to see if Allu Arjun could be the major highlight of this film or not?
