Ever since the reports are being published confirming that the Chennai legends, Rajinikanth and Shankar, will be teaming up for the third time for the sequel of Robo, Superstar's fans are in a state of euphoria. While Kamal Haasan and Vikram are reportedly being considered for the villain's role, several talks are also going on about the possible leading lady.
When a popular Bollywood website conducted a poll and asked the Rajini fans to choose an actress who should romance the Superstar, a majority of fans voted for the luscious beauty of Bollywood, Katrina Kaif. In the poll, Katrina stood atop, surpassing her contemporaries like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Anushka Sharma.
Bollywood's hottest sensation Deepika Padkone was not included in the poll since she had been paired up with the Thalaivar already. In the past Rajini romanced several Bollywood beauties like Aishwarya, Manisha Koirala and recently, Sonakshi Sinha in Lingaa. Will the fans' wish to see Rajini shaking a leg with Katrina Kaif come true? We will have to wait until the official announcement of the film's cast.
