Veteran actress Rekha has walked out of director Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Fitoor’. It is said that the actress, who was playing the desi version of Miss Havisham in the adaptation of Charles Dickens’ ‘Great Expectations’, was unhappy with some scenes she had shot and wasn’t satisfied with the way the film was progressing.
Even though producer Sidharth Roy Kapoor tried to convince her to stay aboard, she reportedly cited creative differences and decided to leave. Tabu, who was the first choice to play the part, was approached to replace her and she gave her consent straightaway.
