After the unexpected debacle of Aagadu starring Superstar Mahesh Babu, director Sreenu Vaitla too enough time to prepare a solid script to bounce back with a blockbuster. He even compromised with star writer Kona Venkat and got Gopi Mohan back on board for Ram Charan's film. The shooting is currently going on in the Old City.
Today, a few of stills from the shooting spot have been leaked in which Ram Charan was seen in a police avatar. While fans are thrilled to see Cherry in a cop's attire once again after Toofan, the stills havebrought out an interesting discussion about Sreenu Vaitla's fascination for policemen and the khaki uniform.
Interestingly, this is Sreenu Vaitla's third film in a row in which his protagonist has donned the khaki uniform. Firstly, Mahesh Babu thrilled his fans in the police uniform in the blockbuster Dookudu and the disastrous Aagadu. Now it's Cherry's turn to follow the suit. Usually, filmmakers exploit police department to elevate their heroes and bring in the heroism factor. Looks like Sreenu Vaitla found his comfort zone in by posing his heroes in the police department.
