imgOne of those most silliest questions, of course it looks silly, that is posed to Mahesh Babu these days is if he's afraid of Baahubali collections. In what way the collections of Rajamouli's magnum opus are going to create fears for any star? Every star has their own audiences and their own market, so once Baahubali is out of theatres, the game is same again. Anyway, Mahesh has a stunning answer for this.

"No star will get shaken by Baahubali collections. Frankly those humongous collections help us a lot. They now increase the potential of each film to collect 10-15 crores more. After every big blockbuster, the range of next star-films surely scale up. I've figured out earlier, after Magadheera, almost all the films got their range increased. In that sense, Baahubali opened newer markets to us, so new revenue range now", said Mahesh. Even an experience trade analyst could have put any better than this.

After Magadheera released, it is felt that only a film of such grandeur visual effects could collect 70 crores share. Later Attarintiki Daredi disproved every single such thought. Now Baahubali has shown that a film of epic proportions will collect 465 crores gross across the globe, but Salman's Bajrangi Bhaijaan has done that with no single epic element. Who knows tomorrow Srimanthudu might collect 200 crores share in Telugu states and Tamilnadu.

End of the day they are all just numbers folks, but the kick given by a good film is much more.
