Earlier director Rajamouli himself confirmed that Tamil superstar Surya is not part of "Baahubali" both 1 & 2, and that's during the promotions of the first part way back in June. Recently rumours have emerged that our director has roped two new actors for Baahubali 2, and they are none other than Surya and Shriya. How far this is true?
Hero Surya has expressed his wish to work with Rajamouli and felt that he has missed out chance to work in a film like Baahubali. But he confirmed that he has neither approached Rajamouli, nor Rajamouli has approached him. "No, I'm not part of Baahubali 2. Rajamouli sir hasn't approached me for any such role. They are all just rumours", said Surya, when a top media house quizzed him.
We have to see if Shriya's presence in second part is also a rumour or there is a speck of truth in it. Meanwhile Rajamouli is busy working on some set preparations for the second part along with his production designer Sabu Cyril. Shooting for second part will start soon.
