Earlier Samantha and Ram Charan are paired for Dil Raju's "Yevadu" but the producer has decided to drop her from the project due to creative reasons. At that time the shoot of another Dil Raju's production got delayed due to Sam's illness, and it was buzzed that Raju preferred her for that film rather Charan's movie. Later for "Bruce Lee", the first choice as a leading lady was Samantha and all of a sudden Rakul Preet got on board. Both the times, Charan has teased this top starlet with a role and then replaced her with someone else.
According to grapevine, the teasing is happening for the third time now. We hear that Charan himself wanted Samantha to reprise the role played by Nayantara in the remake of Tamil film "Thani Oruvan". While there is no clarity about the possible shooting dates of this film, for now Samantha's name is being heard loud. Hope this won't end up like past teasing.
