The official figures for three days are -- Nizam: 8.10 cr; Ceded: 3.44 cr; Vizag: 1.83 cr, East Godavari: 1.55 cr, West Godavari: 1.08 cr, Krishna: 1.07 cr; Guntur: 1.73 cr; Nellore: 0.82 cr and all AP/ Nizam: Rs 19.62 cr. And adding rest of India and overseas, the film has collected Rs 25 cr, as per official release.
Some say this is the third highest opening after Baahubali and Srimanthudu. While some don't believe in the figures, the fact is that the film is all set to become one of the biggest blockbuster.
So now the question is, will the film leave the director-producer Gunasekhar in profits?
Gunasekhar was in a financial mess prior to the film's release and talk is that he had mortagaged his properties to release the film.
The film released on October 9 after much delay and opened to mixed reviews. The movie has to make Rs 55 crores for it to land in profit zone.
As per early trends, he will surely get money from Dil Raju, the Nizam distributor and overseas distributor. Gunasekhar is said to be relieved for making a hit film after duds like Varudu and Nippu.
