imgIf you ask, what are the best ways to promote a film? May be creating controversy over the film or picking contentious subject or making controversial remarks over other celebrities, answers a normal cinegoer. Maverick director Teja picked third option to promote his latest film 'Hora Hori'. He made shocking annotations on Telugu stars affirming they do social services to enjoy income tax deductions. Furthermore, a video of Teja's controversial take on Mahesh Babu went viral on net.

"If Mahesh Babu really wanted to do charity works, he would have started this after Okkadu," said Teja. However, the director clarified that, the video byte was cut short. "Website people have cut second line in my video byte. I said everybody is doing this 'adoption' for tax reduction. But, if Mahesh Babu hasn't done with this intention, hats off to him."

"Mahesh Babu accepted Nijam, since my previous film Jayam was a hit. Stars are always behind successful directors. Mahesh Babu is a true performer. It took almost 30 takes for him to complete a shot. The number would be high for other heroes. In fact, no other hero would give such performance like Mahesh did in Nijam," added Teja.

About his film, Teja informed, "Hora Hori is a triangular love story narrated in atypical manner. Hope, you will all enjoy the film." Meanwhile, the picture starring Dileep and Daksha is set for grand release on September 11th. One thing for sure is that, Teja's films are visually appealing.
