Already known versatile actor Rajendra Prasad’s one of soon to be released movies is titled as ‘Tommy’ and its story revolves around the owner and his dog Mickey in the movie. Rajendra Prasad has announced it to be his life’s best movie and the story also to be poignant and sensitive.
He says the movie exhibits the love and reliance shown by a dog towards its owner and it will produce tears in the end. Now some sources in film nagar have started calling it to be copy of a famous Hollywood film “Hachi: A Dog’s Tale”. It is not yet known whether the movie is an official remake or a copy, but they say the symptoms Rajendra Prasad’s movie conveys it to be a replica of Hollywood movie “Hachi” in which Richard Gere played the role of owner for that dog.
Interestingly the Hollywood film “Hachi” was itself an official remake of Japanese film “Hachik Monogatari”. The Hollywood film narrates the emotional bond between the owner, who accidentally picks up this dog when it is dropped at a station from a train, and the dog. So, let’s wait for the movie as to find whether it is truly copy to this Hollywood film or not. But however, it is another appreciative experiment of Rajendra Prasad.
