Bollywood's boxoffice Baadshah, Aamir Khan has finally apologized to those who may have been offended by his last film PK. During the DVD launch of PK, the star has said that he and the film's team went ahead and made the film as they felt that they were telling an important point through the film. Aamir also said that he never had any intentions to hurt any person's religious sentiments.
It may be recollected that soon after its release, the satirical film PK took a dig at the age-old religious beliefs of Indians. A handful of religious fanatics have opposed the film's anti-religious and blasphemous content and protested against the film and even appealed to state authorities and the CBFC to ban the film.
After crossing all the hurdles, PK smashed all the existing records and stood as the highest grosser of all-item by collecting more than 650 crores. In the overseas alone, the film collected a monstrous 170 crores. Sultry beauty Anushka Sharma paired up with Aamir and Raj Kumar Hirani directed this film which was produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
