Victory Venkatesh's 'Drushyam' scored super hit last year and it was one of the memorable films in venky career. The film has many intense moments and good sentimental episodes.
The news is that, the family entertainer had made waves in small screen too. The film has garnered second highest TRP rating (18.6) in Telugu. Till now Alludu Seenu and Race Gurram were in the top two positions(for 2014 year) with 17 and 16 ratings respectively. Now Drishyam beats the record of above two films.
However all time highest TRP ratings record is still with Power Star Pawan Kalyan Attarintiki Daredi. The Trivikram Srinivas directorial got over 19 TRP rating. Now Drishyam stands next to AD.
TV sources also say that Drishyam has boundless repeat value and second, third screenings shall also get same TRPs. Veteran heroine Meena paired up with Venkatesh in this movie while another veteran heroine Sripriya has directed this movie. The movie was produced by Suresh Babu and Rajkumar Sethupathi.
