Powered by the back to back to successes of Balupu and Power, Raviteja is now coming up with a powerfully hilarious sequel for his past hit "Kick". Directed by talented Surender Reddy, "Kick 2" has Nandamuri Kalyanram producing it. After considering all the available options and trade equations, the unit has finalised May 7th as the release date of movie. While Ravi and Rakul Preet are busy shooting for songs in Switzerland right now, makers have today confirmed that they are sticking with the May 1st week release date.

With Bahubali around the corner on May 15th, is Raviteja taking too much of a risk? A proper first week is enough these days to mint all the investment back if the movie scores a blockbuster. As Raviteja sports two different avatars in the movie to enthral masses, probably Bahubali effect will not be a worry.
