King Nagarjuna has landed into land troubles again. Some days ago, his N-Convention centers was issued notices by GHMC. To sort out the issues peacefully, Nagarjuna, himself, got the part of the constructions to be demolished even before the officials taking stringent actions.

And now, two of the nationalized banks, Andhra Bank and Indian Bank embarrassed Nagarjuna carrying out an ad in a leading Telugu newspaper stating that they had taken over 7.25 acres of land of Annapurna Studios. As Nagarjuna failed to repay the loan of Rs.62 crores which included interests, the banks have decided to go for severe action.

The guarantors mentioned were Nagarjuna, Supriya and Y Surendra while the names of Naga Suseela, Venkat Roddam and Nimmagadda Prasad were also mentioned among the names of loan holders along with Annapurna Studios. Third parties were also warned against entering into any kind of transactions with the seven acres land. Wish that Nagarjuna will get out of these land troubles soon.
