Whenever there is a big Bollywood project impressing south audiences too, then buzz mushrooms about its possible remake. Recently we heard about one such rumour, where versatile Southern hero Kamal Haasan is tipped to be remaking Amir Khan and Rajkumar Hirani's super hit film "PK" that grossed more than 400 crores. After Kamal, director Raju has now spoken about the remake.

"I've no plans of remaking this movie in any language, including Tamil. Some people have approached us for the remake but not Kamal Haasan", said Raju Hirani, while launching the DVD of "PK". That means, we'll not be seeing Kamal in a dare-bare avatar with an old-model transistor covering his modesty. Earlier Kamal too rejected the idea of remaking PK and confirmed that he has no such plans.

On a frank note, remaking "PK" in the south will surely lead to censor problems. If Kamal Haasan paddled in rough waters for getting Viswaroopam censored and released, then how would a film with shades of atheism get an easy release? Anyway, except rumour mills, Kamal and Raju are no interested in PK remake.
