Actress Sneha Ullal, who was last seen in Allari Naresh's Action 3D in Telugu, has been roped in to play a gangster in an upcoming Hindi film, Bablu. She is paired opposite Arshad Warsi in the film touted to be a biopic of UP (Uttar Pradesh) based gangster Babloo Shrivastava.
An elated Sneha says, "I'm thrilled to be a part of the film. I'm going to be playing a gangster in the movie. It's going to be a loaded action drama. There is going to be loads of adrenaline charged action sequences and I'm looking forward to start shooting," says Sneha.
The actress admits being 'tired' of playing the girl-next-door in Tollywood. "For some reason, I've been typecast in this bubbly girl image in Telugu cinema. I'm not keen on doing such roles and want to do more quirky characters. I'm in talks with a couple of Telugu filmmakers, hopefully it will work out," adds Sneha, who is currently shooting for Bejuban Ishq.
