A city Civil Court hearing into a petition lodged by actor O.Kalyan to withhold the result of Movie Artists Association presidential election's result has expressed its dissent at it, and fined the actor with 10,000 rupees for unnecessarily dragging the issue into public. Finally, line got cleared for the results to be announced.
Earlier, actor Rajendra Prasad and former heroine Jayasudha contested in MAA elections for President's office for the next 2 years.
