This Friday got the much needed high for actor Nani. Nani lent his voice for Dulquer Salmaan in Mani Ratnam's romantic tale, OK Bangaram. The film is off to a flying start at the box office and is getting rave reviews from all over. One of the most talked about plus points of the film is Nani's dubbing, which added the quintessential Telugu nativity which is mostly missing in most of the Tamil dubbed films of late.

Apart from the loyal fans of Nani who have been appreciating his stint, each and every review by critics praised his work, which is quite normal for Nani. However, with his films constantly failing at the box office and getting poor or lukewarm reviews, this unanimous response now is definitely encouraging for the actor who has been lying low for the past couple of years.

Even recently, both of Nani's films Jenda Pai Kapiraju and Yevade Subramanyam were released to mixed reviews. Even though some critics appreciated Nani's story choices, it did not yield in any positive outcome for the films financially, though Yevade Subramanyam made some splash at the US box office. Let us hope that Nani will bounce back with his film with Maruthi.
