For some reason, The filmmaker felt Renu Desai will be perfect for the character of 'Vennela' and took the final call. That's how Renu became Vennela and Amisha Patel got the opportunity to play Sarayu!
Renu Desai loved playing the role Vennela in 'Badri'. "So glad I got to play Venella...superb character," she says, on the eve of the film completing 15 Years.
