Swathi’s Tripura Launched!

Basking on the success of her previous flick Karthikeya, Swathi is now looking to continue her hit saga, this time with the woman-centric Tripura. Jointly produced by A. Chinna Babu and M. Rajasekhar under  Crazy Media banner, Tripura is directed by Raj Kiran and presented by Pavani. The movie was launched on Monday, April 6 at the production office. Kona Venkat and Raj Kiran, the hit combo of the Anjali starrer Geethanjali, are set to repeat the magic with Tripura.

Legend director Boyapati Srinu, comedian Ali , Santhosh Srinivas, Satyam Rajesh and other industry people attended the event. Addressing the gathering, Raj Kiran said  Swathi’s role would be the highlight of the movie, while Naveen Chandra of Andala Rakshasi fame will be seen in a special role. Speaking to the media, Kona said that he is very happy to pen screenplay for the movie and that it has shaped up into an edge of seat thriller. Regular shooting of Tripura will start from April 15 in Hyderabad.
