Twinkle and Chetan fight

WAR of Words

It has STARTED again. The online war BETWEEN Chetan Bhagat and Twinkle Khanna has made people sit up and watch the skirmish. Way back in January Bollywood actress Twinkle Khanaa had written on her micro-blogging site that she wanted to be renamed as Chetali Bhagat so that her columns can be made into movies.  The verbal attack obviously was against Chetan Bhagat whose books have been turned into blockbusters, the most famous being 3 Idiots, starring Aamir Khan and Madhavan among others.

The fresh slug-fest started between the writer and actress-turned-columnist yesterday. April 27, when Chetan was invited as a judge for the reality TV show, Nach Baliye. Somebody appreciated Twinkle on social media. And boom she went tweeting, “I do!He GETS to judge NachBaliye and i get  to judge if that gross thing on my floor is dog puke or poop” (sic)

Twinkle tweeted and Chetan retorted. He asked her in his tweet, “well, i’d say u have the bigger challenge girl..btw, how do u tell the difference between the two anyway?” (sic). Pat came another tweet from Mrs Funny Bones (Twinkle’s twitter name) and then it was a feud between the two, which spilled over into her tweeting about  Chetan could not become an actor. Chetan tickled the readers again writing, “Ok seriously guys, was just a fun banter with @mrsfunnybones She is fun and has a SENSE of humour in her tweets. Silly to read more into it.” (sic). There’s silence on the other side, but who knows when the sparks will fly again?!
