Kamal Haasan’s Uttama Villain is hitting screens on May 1. The film is directed by Ramesh Aravind and is produced by Kamal Haasan’s Raj Kamal Films International along with Lingusamy’s Thirrupathi Brothers and Eros International.
Starring Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Parvathi of Maryan fame and Yennai Arindhaal fame Maryan in female lead characters, the film also features Nasser, MS Bhaskar, Jayaram, Chitra Lakshmanan in prominent roles.
The recently released trailer of Uttama Villain features a shot, where Kamal Haasan is admitted in the hospital with tubes and oxygen mask. This has actually propelled an assumption whether Uttama Villain could be having a tragic end.
The film is about a superstar who rises from the lower level to the maximum heights of fame and success. When he gets to know about his deadly illness, he decides to spend rest of the days with his family members and make a film for his mentor (played by late filmmaker K Balachandar).
