Who spoiled Sunil's career?

The credit line Sunil used to dazzle across the silver screen at least 20 times in a year while he was a comedian. Since he became a hero, the credit line of the guy from Bhimavaram did not appear on the silver screen at least for once in a year. Sunil’s career graph surpassed that of Brahmanandam and Ali as a number one comedian. 

Ever since he started donning roles of a hero, the stars did not seem to favor Sunil. Barring initial hits in the form of Andala Ramudu, Maryada Ramanna and Poola Rangadu, subsequent films like Mr. Pellikoduku and Bhimavaram Bullodu bombed at the box office. They affected his career as a hero. Currently, he is working in a film directed by Vasu. He pinned his hopes on the success of the film. Sunil continued to perform as a comedian even after delivering hit as a hero in Andalaramudu. But he appears to have inclined to do only hero roles now – thanks to alleged poisoning of his ears by vested interests.

Sunil who is a regular in the Trivikram and Srinu Vaitla is not getting chances in their films nowadays. Do director did cast his eyes on him to cast him as hero in his or her films. Rajamouli is an exception to the scenario. He gave break to Sunil as a hero. Sunil is now testing his luck working as a hero in films of small directors. Under such a scenario, who will mend his career? Is it due to  his own folly? Or Is it due to poisoning of ears by others? When will realization dawn on Sunil? Only time will tell.
