Bollywood biggies like Anurag Kashyap, Raj Kumar Hirani, Vishal Bharadwaj, Farah Khan, Tigmanshu Dhulia and Gauri Khan showered with praises on Kangana Ranaut's performance after watching the film in a special screening.
Though few of the film critics opined that, the sequel to such a great film might not reach the standards of the original, after watching the film, all the mentioned celebrities said that the sequel is much better than the prequel and also said that there is an every chance for the film and Kangana to bag the awards this year.
Adding more, Anurag Kashyap said that, the film made him laugh like a mad and said that he thoroughly enjoyed every scene in the film.
It is known that, the prequel Tanu Weds Manu which was directed by Anand L. Rai, is a huge successful film and was appreciated by many. It is actually a romantic comedy film. Though it started with an average talk, later picked up the speed and finally turned to a blockbuster.
So the makers planned a sequel basing the craze of the film. As expected, it is positively received by the biggies who watched the film.
However the final decision is in the hands of the audience. It will be known by this Friday, as the film is getting released worldwide on the same day
