Actor turned politician Shivaji is one sorry figure who inspite of his genuine efforts to do something good for people isn’t backed by either the film industry or the politicians. Shunning the vote bank politics of politicians, the actor sat for hunger strike demanding special status for Andhra Pradesh.
Sunday morning Shivaji began hunger strike in Guntur. Speaking on the occasion, Shivaji appealed to Centre to grant AP the special status atleast for 5 years, otherwise he opines people here have to go begging. He vowed to continue his hunger strike until his death if special status isn’t granted for the truncated state.
Shivaji said that he didn’t even talk with his mother and is ready even to sacrifice his life for the people who had given him the status he is enjoying today. Yesterday, he appealed for Pawan Kalyan’s help in the issue and hoped that the powerstar would soon join him.
