Whenever a heroine performs well in a movie and if she fails to attend the movie promotions, then it is obviously publicised that either hero or producers might have tortured her.
Performing in a challenging role of a handicapped girl with a crooked leg, Nitya Menon has literally killed it in 'Ganga'. But it is widely believed that director-hero Lawrence has tortured this short and beautiful lady during the making of the flick, and hence she is abstaining from the promotions. What has Lawrence to say about this?
'The moment I've narrated the story and her character, she liked it immensely. Though she felt little uneasy while switching between different make-ups that of a regular girl and ghost, she got scared, but felt very happy after watching final output', says Lawrence, revealing how Nitya reacted about Ganga role. About torture stuff, he says, 'There is nothing like torturing Nitya. Probably I've made her do limping-walk many a times; is that they say torture?'
Maybe Nitya Menon's have to think about Lawrence's efforts in a positive way.
