Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has initiated several steps to develop Telangana into a model State. His presence at a film function is really a cherishing moment for Tollywood because KCR generally maintains distance from cinema industry and was never seen in any such events connected to movies. However, KCR for the first time allotted his time to bless Jayasudha’s son Shreyan at audio launch of ‘Basthi.’
Directed by Vasu Manthena with music scored by Praveen Immadi, this is the first cinema audio function KCR attended. ‘KCR is revamping all the Basthis in State into Golden Basthis. This is a proud moment for Telugu cinema to see Telangana’s first CM on a audio release stage,’ director N Shankar exalted.
‘Basthi’ audio function also got big invitees list in Dil Raju, Murali Mohan, Raghavendra Rao, Mohan Babu, Dasari, Talasani Srinivas Yadav, TSR and others.
