Where is Vidya Balan, starring Prince and Jyothi Setti in the lead roles, has released yesterday and gained good positive talk among the audience. Collections showed a decent improvement today as the mouth talk spread all over. Burning star Sampoornesh Babu played a decent role in this movie and his comedy track has come out well.
Since yesterday, a news is making rounds in the media circles that Sampoo is intentionally not attending the promotional activities of this movie and also skipping the press conferences.
Responding over this issue, Sampoornesh stated that he had already made an agreement with the producer and director that he will not take part in the promotions as he is not the main lead in this movie. He added that he will promote movies which tend to improve his scope as an actor. He also said that he is maintaining good relations with the director and producer.
In general, almost all actors of the Tollywood take part in promotions irrespective of the role they play in the movie. So, it is quite surprising that a budding hero like Sampoornesh is avoiding promotions for a movie in which he played a decent role. We have to wait to know if Sampoo changes his mind and take part in further promotional activities. Also, we have to wait and see how will this bold stance by Sampoo effect his career.
