Satya Karthik happens to be son of popular distributor 'Vizag' Raju, and his debut film 'Tippu' is directed by another debutant Jagadeesh Daneti. Almost all the critics have nailed the flick with 2-star ratings thought some positive aspects are heard about the film. As one particular media house wrote that Karthik is stone-faced, doesn't know how to dance, emote and render dialogues, this youngster got hurt.
'No one pledges to make a bad movie, everyone strives to make a good flick only and there might be some small mistakes. If bad reviews are written even for an average film, then cinema itself gets killed. At a later point, these review writers themselves have to make films', avers Karthik.
Some media people have argued with Satya Karthik that once the movie is out in theatres, various reviewers will write various opinions and advised him to not worry about such. However, Karthik asks, 'If no one encourages youngsters and newcomers, then how come new blood will ever come to Tollywood?' He requested media folks, 'Sir, don't write me stone-faced. Watch the flick once and try to notice how I've done fights, dances, delivered dialogues and acted'.
On a concluding note, Karthik requested movie reviewers to support him and the film. 'I'm not accusing any media house, but expressing my pain as they wrote me off as stone faced'
