Controversy over Caste scenes in Baahubali

Ace Filmmaker SS Rajamouli has dealt the 'caste' issue in 'Baahubali - The Beginning'. This seems to haven't gone down well with a section of people.

Telangana Malala JAC chairman B Deepak Kumar demanded the makers of 'Baahubali' to chop off those scenes and dialogues which defame the Mala Community. He even warned that screening of the movie in Telangana state will be stopped if such a measure wasn't taken by Raamouli & Co.

Mr. Kumar told the leaked footage of 'Baahubali' that have scenes related to Mala Community has been handed over to the Police. He appealed Telangana Government to intervene in the issue and safeguard their interests.

'Baahubali' Makers are yet to respond on the issue. Will they offer a assurance saying there are no intention to hurt the sentiments of any community or simply delete those few scenes?
