In the meantime, rumours about Venky acting in the remakes of Piku and Bhaskar The Rascal have cropped up. However, the latest buzz says that Venky has decided to team up with Kranthi Madhav.
Kranthi Madhav was well appreciated for his sensitive portrayal of Telugu culture in his debut film, Onamalu. He further impressed movie lovers with his second film, Malli Malli Idhi Rani Roju. The film's heart touching plot and Kranthi Madhav's deft handling of a matured and emotional story got him immense appreciation from the film industry people.
Buzz has it that the Venky-Kranthi Madhav film will be produced jointly by Suresh Babu and Paruchuri Prasad and that Nayanthara will be cast opposite Venky yet again. The film is said to be a family entertainer with high doses of sentiment. Venky was reportedly thrilled with Kranthi Madhav's narration and immediately gave his nod.
