After almost 15 years, Tamil superstar Ilayathalapathy Vijay will be teaming up with the director who gave him a sensational blockbuster with Kushi in 2000. The man in question is SJ Suryah, the director who again gave Powerstar Pawan Kalyan a phenomenal blockbuster with the remake of Kushi in 2001.
This Komaram Puli director has recently met with Vijay and narrated him the basic plotline of his story. Vijay is said to be highly thrilled with the storyline and he apparently gave him his nod to go ahead and finish the complete script. Suryah is currently busy penning the perfect script which will bring him back to the league of big directors. The film will commence after Vijay completes his current film with Raja Rani director Atlee.
After the colossal flop of Komaram Puli, SJ Surah's glory faded out soon and he hardly directed one film since Puli. Suryah then went on to accept acting offers and even acted in Renu Desai's directorial debut, Ishq Wala Love. However, Vijay did not forget his old friend's skills as a director and is teaming up with him for his prestigious 60th film.
