Actor Srikanth, who shares a close bond with Chiranjeevi family, has been signed on to play a key supporting role in Allu Arjun’s yet-to-be-titled next with Boyapati Sreenu. “Yes. Srikanth was recently roped in for the film. He will be playing Arjun’s uncle and his part is vital to the plot,” said a source close to the development.
Srikanth was seen as Ram Charan’s babai in 2014 release ‘Govindudu Andarivadele.’ Meanwhile, the principal photography of Arjun’s flick has commenced in Hyderabad on Wednesday. An actioner with a romantic touch to it, the film is a production of Geetha Arts. Rakul Preet Singh and Catherine Tresa are paired opposite Arjun.
