Bindu Madhavi, the dusky Telugu beauty who made a huge name for herself in Kollywood, is now the talk of K-town for her kind gesture towards yesteryear's action star cum producer, Arunpandian. Arunpandian has produced a romantic entertainer titled Savaale Samaali, starring Bindu Madhavi and Ashok Selvan of Bhadram fame with Thaman as the music composer.
However, troubles started for Arunpandian after the film kept on overshooting its budget, pushing him into a severe financial crunch. Finally, Arunpandian managed to complete the film but found himself unable to release the film. Upon learning her producer's plight, Bindu Madhavi returned back 5 lakhs from her renumeration, which inspired the film's hero and other major cast give back a part of their renumeration.
During the trailer launch function, an emotional Arunpandian thanked Bindu Madhavi and others who chipped in to help him in crisis and promised to return their money after he gets back his investment. Arunpandian also lashed out at the so called star heroes who charge crores of remunerations and yet do not help their producers in tough times.
