Latest Bollywood craze circles between a biographical and Apoorva Lakhia ( Shootout at Lokhandwala fame) has planned a film on the life of Dawood Ibrahim's sister Haseena Parkar.Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha playing lead role in Haseena - The Queen of Mumbai.
The Dabbang actress Sonakshi described the script as 'brilliant' and said she couldn't "wait to play Haseena."
The biopic is produced by Mubina Rattonsey, the film will track 40 years of Haseena's life as the sister of one of India's most wanted outlaws person. Haseena Parkar, one of Dawood Ibrahim's 11 siblings, died in 2014 after a heart attack.
Sonakshi Sinha, who was last seen in Arjun Kapoor's Tevar, has appeared in a differents of roles in films like Holiday, Dabangg and Lootera. This is the first time that she will feature in a biopic.
currently, Sonakshi Sinha is judging Indian Idol Junior TV show and also working for A R Murugadoss's upcoming thriller Akira.
Haseena - The Queen of Mumbai shooting will begin early next year.
