Sreenu Vaitla, who turned 42 on Thursday, believes the opportunity to direct Megastar Chiranjeevi in Bruce Lee is the best birthday gift he could have ever asked for. Chiranjeevi plays a cameo alongside his son Ram Charan in Bruce Lee.
"The opportunity to direct Chiranjeevi is the best birthday gift I could've asked for. I'm really looking forward to shoot with him," Vaitla said.
Chiranjeevi, who will reportedly be seen in an action sequence and a song, will shoot his portion this month end. "In the last week of September, he will join the sets.
Barring two songs and some patchwork, most of the film has already been completed and we've simultaneously started working on the post-production. As planned, the film will release worldwide on October 16," he said.
