Tamil hero Suriya is not just a superstar; he is someone with the heart of gold and will of steel. Known for his charity work and his accessibility to fans, Surya and his wife Jyothika have announced to pledge 100 items to 'Chennai Gives' campaign. Intention of the campaign is to collect items from celebrities as well as commoners to donate them to poor and needy people.
After rocking the big screen for two decades and reaching dizzying heights of super stardom in South cinema, Suriya is now doing charity works which is inspiring his fans to take part in aid organizations. In fact, Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi is inspiration for Surya to initiate Agaram Foundation, which is providing quality education and equal opportunities to the under-privileged children.
