Film Industry is a place where you could always expect the unexpected. Some films which were supposed to be shot with a particular actor in lead role mayn't materialize after a point and he/she gets replaced. Something similar happened in the case of 'Heart Attack' & 'Loafer'.
Varun Tej was supposed to play lead in 'Heart Attack' and its also planned as his launch pad. For some reason, Mega Family preferred Srikanth Addala's 'Mukunda' over Puri's project. Finally, Nithin signed the project and the film has done a pretty decent business.
Coming to 'Loafer', Nithin was first considered for the role of Protagonist but the Chocolate Boy decided to walk out due to some reason. At last, Varun Tej has signed the movie after inquiring with Nithin if he is okay with it. Even Puri asked Mega Hero to accept the project only if he liked the script. Varun Tej couldn't say no as the subject was quite impressive.
