The tragic passing away of Edida Nageswara Rao, one of the senior most and much revered producers of Telugu film industry, has left the entire Tollywood in a state of deep shock and grief. Several industry people and even the AP CM Chandrababu Naidu paid their homage to the legend who produced several iconic classics.
Paying his tearful tributes, Allu Arjun said that Edida Nageswara Rao had been a family friend for several decades and that the Mega family has lost a dear friend with his death. Bunny, with a lump in his throat, said that Edida Nageswara Rao had always been the first person to be invited to all his family functions, including his marriage.
Recollecting his family's fond association with Nageswara Rao, Bunny said that his entire cousins and family members acted in Swati Mutyam. Bunny also said that Nageswara Rao never made films for the sake of money and that he was instrumental in Telugu film industry earning its respect.
