Days after the news of alleged family rift between director husband Sreenu Vaitla and wife Roopa Vaitla and where the latter said to have approached police against former, Roopa Vaitla has finally broken her silence. Speaking out on the much talked about issue, Roopa shocked one and all by denying of filing a case against her husband. Downplaying the whole incident, Roopa stick to by saying that she just "complained" but haven't filed any case. However, cops have a different version to say.
It may be noted that Roopa had filed a complaint against Sreenu Vaitla on Oct 15 in Banjara Hills police station that her husband is "harassing" her. In fact, cops had filed a FIR under IPC 498 (A). But after the intervention of few big wigs in the industry, Roopa said to have convinced and come to terms with her husband and withdrew her complaint.
When Roopa approached cops on Oct 26th to withdraw the case, the news came into light. It's learnt that both Roopa and Sreenu are now in happy space after a counselling session.
