Anushka Shetty's latest outing Rudhramadevi has done good collection at US box office in the first weekend.
The Gunasekhar-directed period film raked in approximately $7,19,529 [Rs 4.66 crores] at the US box office.
The US theatrical right of Rudhramadevi has been acquired by leading distribution house BlueSky, which reportedly shelled out Rs 4 crore for it.
The promos of the film have created a lot of buzz in the US before the release.
