Are Producers Happy With Gopala Gopala?

Venkatesh and Pawan Kalyan starrer 'Gopala Gopala' started with a mixed response, but the film collected decent numbers at the box-office.

According to our Trade analyst, the full run share of Gopala Gopala is 42.5 crores. Normally, this is a very good number in Tollywood.

However, makers of ‘Gopala Gopala’ thought that the film will easily cross 50 cr mark as Venkatesh and Pawan Kalyan have appeared together on the big screen for the first time. 

Analysts felt that Gopala Gopala was able to collect these numbers because of Shankar’s ‘I’. Everyone thought that this Vikram and Amy Jackson film is going to be a big threat to ‘Gopala Gopala’ at the box-office, but Shankar’s magic didn’t work this time.

Producers of ‘Gopala Gopala’ have mixed reactions about the collections, but they are happy as they were able to make good money on the film.

Some of the distributors were able to recover their investments and most of them lost close to 25 percent of their money.
