Ever since Samantha made her mesmerizing debt five years ago with Naga Chaitanya starrer Ye Maaya chesave, Telugu audiences have been showering immense love and adulation for the petite Chennai beauty. Sam continued to steal the hearts of millions of her Telugu fans and has become a reigning queen in Tollywood, after working with almost all the top stars except Ram Charan and Prabhas.
Samantha's last release in Telugu was S/O Satyamurthy, which released in April. Since then, Samantha has not signed any Telugu film and her name is not even heard around any big star's film. Meanwhile, Sam has busied herself in Tamil with a string of lucrative films starring top stars like Vikram, Vijay, Suriya and lately Dhanush.
Samantha is highly excited about all these films and she openly expressed her happiness on being a part of these immensely talented teams. Today, Samantha has announced yet another Tamil film, Vada Chennai, which stars Dhanush. Sam-Dhanush are already working on VIP 2 and this is their second film together.
With this, Samantha's Telugu fans are wondering if they will ever get to see their favorite actress in the near future. Some fans are even blaming Tollywood filmmakers for not penning exciting scripts which Samantha can be a part of.
