Producer turning into directors is not something new. There are several Telugu producers in the past turned directors after they were smitten by the direction bug and few of them were successful too. Producer P Ram Mohan, who co-produced Uyyala Jampala along with Akkineni Nagarjuna, is the latest entrant to join the bandwagon of producers-turned-directors. Ram Mohan is directing a movie and he again roped in Avika Gor of Uyyala Jampala fame.
Tentatively titled as "Tanu Nenu", the movie stars a newcomer hero alongside Avika. However, Ram Mohan is keeping the news under wraps. The major portion of the shoot has been completed and the movie is expected to wrap soon.
Featuring Avika Gor, Raj Tharun (then newcomers), Uyyala Jampala stood out as one of the successful films. The movie received critical acclaim as well as commercial success. The movie brought overnight fame to Avika and Raj. Although Avika was a known face as she acted in soap operas earlier, it's the movie that stood out her in filmdom. Let's wait and see how Avika is second-time lucky or not.
