STRENGTH

*A lot is expected of Naga Anvesh, the child artiste who is turning into a chocolate boy, the first step to success.

* Naga plays a carefree youngster, a role close to our movie goers.

*A  remake of Tamil film, Manam Kothi Paravai,  it is a breezy romantic entertainer, a safe formula when it comes to making a film.

* Huge star cast, including the inimitable Prakash Raj and the dependable Brahmanandam.

*Heroine Kruthika Jayakumar already a known name in Tollywood, she played Venkatesh’s teen aged daughter , while Naga Anvesh had acted as a child artiste in Venkatesh’s earlier film, so both the lead artistes can deliver what is required in front of the camera.

*Initial buzz on Vinavayya Ramayya  has been positive and director G Ram Prasad who won accolades awards for his first film as director in 2003 ( Chiru Navvuto) is likely to be a huge strength.

*The producer is known to be a generous man.

* Anup Reubens is the music director, so you can expect some peppy times.

*VR  is all about love, and well, after money, isn’t that what everyone wants to find in life ?

WEAKNESS

*The story of a poor boy falling in love with a rich girl has been done to death in Indian cinema and unless there are new elements, the film could end up as a weak, wannabe.

* There has been some amount of buzz around the film, but we saw nothing eye catching or arresting during the ‘promos’.

OPPORTUNITY

*If done well, this love story that cuts across the class barrier can emerge as a blockbuster of the decade, with its high production values.

*Naga Anvesh, son of producer Krishna Reddy has a lot going for him and has an opportunity here to make a huge impact among the youth brigade.

THREAT

*A direct threat to this film is Krishnamma Kalipindi iddarini , another youthful love story.

*Prabhu Deva has his own following, no matter what language his film is in, and his Hindi ABCD 2 is also releasing today.

*Rains and the Ramadan season could keep movie goers away from theatres during the daylight hours.
